With a background in manufacturing, construction, and small business management, John is also a certified OSHA Outreach Trainer and an expert in lean methodologies such as 5S and Kaizen.

There is no prerequisite for this session a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is helpful at an intermediate level. NOTE: A working Microsoft Office 365 account is required and will be used in this training.
