This training aims to cultivate a Trauma-Informed and Resilience-Focused culture in our local workforce, improving communication, engagement, understanding, empathy, and reducing burnout and friction.

Whether supervisors, educators, caretakers, leaders, or guides, we shape change in our community. Amidst the demands, our daily presence is crucial. This interactive training focuses on practical skill-building through engagement, practice, and reflection. Let's create a space to learn, grow, and reflect together, enhancing our ability to support others while prioritizing our well-being.

As a result of this training, participants will:

  • Gain foundational knowledge of the biological aspects of trauma, fostering a deeper understanding of personal experiences and cultivating empathy in interactions with others.
