Conflict Resolution Through Colors

with Joc Clark

Calendar Oct 5, 2021 at 1 pm

Most of us learn to address disagreements or clashes by hoping the problem will go away. We are basically inspired to resolve a disagreeable situation once the consequences of not addressing it outweigh the discomfort of actually confronting it! During this workshop participants will use The PACE® Palette to resolve conflict and have a clear understanding of the Do’s and Don’ts in communicating with people of other temperament styles (as well as their own!). Participants will learn steps to resolve problems as well as how to honestly assess their own perspective on an issue.
