DiSC Assessment - Deep Dive

Curious about understanding yourself and those around you better? Discover how to connect by gaining insight into the various ways in which people express their natural tendencies. People can be drivers, influencers, sensitive, and detail oriented. Where do you fit? Where do your co-workers fit? How do you engage with each person, and how do they engage with you. Before the training, you will need to complete an assessment with a code that will be sent to you. During the training you will learn:
- A deep dive into each of the profile types and their main characteristics
- You will take an assessment yourself to understand your natural tendencies
- How to determine other individual profiles based on an in-dive into the DISC Assessment
- Learn how to manage better, connect better, and understand how to interact with others, even the most challenging individuals.

While the world changes and technology advances, the timeless principles of leadership remain unwavering.
The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership embody four essential ideas to keep in mind:
- The laws are attainable; while some may pose greater challenges, every single one can be mastered.
- Each law stands independently and complements the others, allowing for flexible learning.
- These laws carry significant consequences. Disregarding them will impede effective leadership, while embracing them will inspire others to follow.
- The laws serve as the bedrock of leadership. Understanding the principles is crucial, but true leadership potential is realized through their practical application.
Engaging with the laws will involve the following process, detailed in the participant guides for each law:
- Comprehensive learning of each law.
- Candid discussions on embracing each law in personal conduct.
- Strategies for guiding others in internalizing and embodying each law.
