This is the first time in America’s history that we have four generations working side by side in the workplace. This course is designed to equip participants with knowledge and skills to work with and lead cross-generational teams.

Participants will learn the importance of authenticity and trust in a leader. The class will cover redefining leadership for the 21st century, what authentic leadership is. Participants will identify their core values and create personal mission statements. The topics of, "Would I follow me," and how to build trust are also examined.

Learn the 10 essential elements for creating collaborative working environments. These collaborative leadership skills are proving to be pivotal strengths in creating participatory and high performing work teams.

Improve Relationships and Increase Productivity. An introduction to the principles of Emotional Intelligence (EQ). EQ is the ability to identify and understand your emotions and those of others to guide your behavior and manage relationships. Topics covered include the five competencies of Emotional Intelligence.

Have greater self-knowledge, awareness and increased resiliency toward emotional triggers. Use the SCARF model to identify and regain a productive mind set. Increase mental productivity to perform tasks. Immediately apply tips to keep a productive mind frame.

Maximize Your Talents and Develop Your Strengths. Designed to help leaders recognize their own strengths and learn how to invest in the strengths of those they lead. Participants will take the Strengths Finder 2.0 Assessment and be able to inventory the strengths of the team they are on and the team they lead.
