Course Time: 8 am - 5 pm

Course Dates: 1/24, 1/31, 2/7

Before your training: Please come up with a potential work project which may be used as your class project.  The project should be between 3 to 12-month time horizon.

This 24-hour comprehensive course is designed for both Project Management Professionals and non-Project Management Professionals, providing the fundamental principles needed to effectively manage projects from start to finish. Trainer Bio: Jes Vargas brings over 25 years of experience in engineering, project management, quality, and executive leadership roles. He has worked at organizations like GCS Inc., Bombardier, and Siemens. With a Mechanical Engineering degree, an MBA in Operations, and certifications in Total Quality Management and Lean Manufacturing, Jes specializes in driving organizational change and improving performance through practical project management and continuous improvement strategies​.
