Emergencies can happen anytime, and having the right skills can make all the difference. This First Aid & CPR course equips participants with the knowledge and hands-on training needed to recognize and respond to life-threatening emergencies effectively. From high-quality chest compressions to AED usage, this course ensures you are prepared to take action when it matters most.

• Perform High-Quality CPR: Learn proper chest compression techniques for adults and children.
