TWI Job Relations

Job Relations (JR) teaches the essentials of leadership and positive employee interactions. Developing and maintaining constructive relationships prevents problems from arising that hinder better performance and improvement. JR lays the groundwork for building another layer of stability into your processes, supported by an atmosphere richer in team spirit and collaboration.  

  • Job Relations emphasizes "Respect for People".  It trains and coaches supervisors on how to handle problems, how to prevent them from occurring, and it aids in developing a logical, common-sense approach to handling issues with a people-centric view. The program's core elements are proven to inspire consensus building and individual problem-solving.

Relaciones laborales (JR) enseña los elementos esenciales del liderazgo y las interacciones positivas con los empleados. Desarrollar y mantener relaciones constructivas evita que surjan problemas que impidan un mejor desempeño y mejora. JR sienta las bases para construir otra capa de estabilidad en sus procesos, respaldada por una atmósfera más rica en espíritu de equipo y colaboración.

Relaciones Laborales enfatiza el "Respeto por las Personas". Capacita y entrena a los supervisores sobre cómo manejar los problemas, cómo evitar que ocurran y ayuda a desarrollar un enfoque lógico y de sentido común para manejar los problemas con una visión centrada en las personas. Se ha comprobado que los elementos centrales del programa inspiran la creación de consenso y la resolución de problemas individuales.
