First Aid/CPR course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED. This course teaches:

• High-quality CPR for adults and children
• The AHA Chain of Survival
• Important early use of an AED
• Effective ventilations using a barrier device
• Importance of teams in multirescuer resuscitation and performance as an effective team member during multirescuer CPR
• Relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (choking) for adults

Training Details: 12:30pm - 4:30pm | March 14, 2025

This 4 hour training course is designed to provide hands-on instruction as well as instruct the student on the basic fundamentals of traffic control work zone flagging, in accordance with the current California Manual on Uniform Traffic Controls Devices (CA MUTCD).

• Component Part of Temporary Traffic Control (TTC Zone)
• Video Presentation
• Flagging Equipment
• Flagger Station Location
• Flagger Signals
• Typical Situations/Practices
• Installation and Removal of Signs
• Exam/Card Distribution
