with Joc Clark
Outline:
Navigating diverse perspectives and communication styles in the professional world can often lead to misunderstandings, conflicts, and a lack of appreciation for colleagues' strengths. Our training addresses this common challenge, aiming to cultivate improved communication and a profound understanding of each individual's unique contributions. Introducing the PACE® Palette – a dynamic personality temperament assessment tool. This tool revolutionizes workplace communication and extends its benefits to personal and everyday life. It's not about categorizing people into rigid boxes but understanding the blend of all four COLORS within us. With its adaptable and non-threatening approach, PACE® Palette is as effective in smaller organizations as in large corporate settings, promising a harmonious and productive work environment.
Learning Objectives:
- Participants will be able to quickly identify their "dominant" and "secondary" colors and easily identify the dominant color of those around them (co-workers, clients, supervisors, and even significant others in their lives).
- Trainees will gain insights into the dominant traits of each color, personality style, and communication preference.
- Participants will walk away with the tools to effectively communicate with others who may have a different color temperament.

21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership
with Reanette Etzler
While times change and technology marches forward, the principles of leadership are constant and stand the test of time. There are four ideas to keep in mind as you explore
The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership:
1. The laws can be learned. Some are easier to understand to apply than others, but every one of them can be mastered.
2. The laws can stand alone. Each law complements all the others, but you don’t need one in order to learn another.
3. The laws carry consequences. If you ignore them, you will be unable to lead well. If you implement them, and people will follow you.
4. These laws are the foundation of leadership. Once you learn the principles, you have to apply them to your life to achieve your full potential as a leader.
Engaging the Laws
You can expect the following process to be followed in the participant guides as we learn each of the laws:
1. We will learn each of the laws as an overview.
2. We will discuss living each of the laws.
3. We will discuss how to lead others to the law.

Generational Diversity

C.A.R.E. (Cultural, Acceptance, Respect, Equity)
with Desiree Saddler
A survey by Korn/Ferry International found that more than 2 million people leave their jobs each year because of unfairness in the workplace, costing employers an estimated $64 billion a year in hiring costs. In addition, people of color were three times more likely than white heterosexual males to say unfairness was the reason they quit their jobs.
What is the source of unfair treatment and differences among people in organizations? Traditional diversity training programs have focused on the treatment of women and minorities. However, differences arise from a host of other traits as well, including age, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, physical abilities, educational background, whether someone has children, or even being an engineer versus being a salesperson. These traits or “profiles” cause people to make inaccurate assumptions, create separation, and, yes, treat people unfairly.
This course will also cover micro-aggressions that marginalized and under-represented employees may experience. The goal of diversity training is to promote an inclusive work environment.
